Recipe type: Soup
This tomato soup recipe can be prepared quite quickly without skimping on flavor.
- 8-10 medium to large fresh tomatoes, cut up
- 1-2 large onions, chopped
- 1 stick organic butter
- 1½ teaspoon celtic salt
- You can add chicken or beef if so choose
- In a large stainless steel kettle, add about 6-9 cups water depending on how big the tomatoes are. Cook and simmer about 30-40 minutes.
