Crock-Pot Navy Bean Soup

For the days you know you have a lot on your plate, keep it full with nutrition with this easy bean crock pot recipe.
  • 1 pound dried navy beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and mashed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Sea Salt and pepper
  1. Combine the first six ingredients in the crock-pot. Cook on high for 1 hour, turn down to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
  2. When the beans are tender, add tomatoes and sat and pepper to taste.
