Extra Easy Hummus

You will be impressed when you realize how easy it is to make hummus when you try this recipe.
  • 1-15 ounce can of garbanzo beans, drained and liquid reserved
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  1. In a blender or food processor, combing the beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend on low speed, gradually adding the reserved bean liquid until desired consistency is achieved.
