Energizing Elixir

1⁄4 cup berries
2T raw unsweetened coconut shavings
1⁄4 cup raw walnuts or pecans
1 handful spinach leaves
1 raw egg (do not use raw commercial eggs)                                                                                             1⁄2 banana                                                                                                                       1⁄2 to 1 cup raw milk, raw coconut milk/coconut water

Blend all ingredients in a blender, or the amazing NutriBullet

adding water and/or ice to give the shake the desired thickness. This LIVE elixir will give you energy for the entire day!

“Whatever’s in the Fridge” Salad

2T Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar
1 – 2T cold pressed organic extra virgin olive oil

A large bowl of baby greens and spinach

Toss in chopped avocado, raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds, tomato, cilantro, peppers, garlic, celery, beets (shredded), artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, apples, and squeezed lemon.

(Note: To get the most enzymes and nutrients, and to minimize toxins, ingredients for both recipes should be organic.)
