You can’t have too many summer salads in your recipe arsenal. Serve this at your next picnic:
In a small bowl, whisk together 8 oz of raw-milk or plain Greek yogurt, the juice of a freshly squeezed organic orange, 1/2t grated organic orange rind, and 1/4t grated organic lemon rind. Add vanilla-flavored liquid stevia to sweeten.
Gently toss this dressing with sliced organic strawberries and sliced kiwi. Sprinkle salad with chopped raw walnuts and sesame seeds and deliver it to the table to the delight of your summer guests.
