Eat generous amounts of greens as part of your anti-fungal diet (or just because a good salad is always a good idea). Then add this dressing, which will not undermine the nutritional advantage of your raw veggies:
Blend together 1/2C extra virgin olive oil, 1/4C Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, and 3T water until oil is emulsified. To this mixture add 3T of a grated organic, raw-milk cheese, 1T soy-free mayo, 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix (read labels to find an approved brand), 1t chopped fresh parsley, 1/2t each xylitol, Italian herbs, lemon juice, and Himalayan Crystal Salt.
Blend ingredients well and store in refrigerator until you are ready to turn your combo of raw, organic veggies into a delicious healthy salad!
