Recipe type: Protein Shake
Sleepytime or chamomile tea, Tuna Omega Oil, and mint leaves help you relax with this protein shake.
- ½ cup raw milk, coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
- ¾ cup Sleepytime or chamomile tea (chilled)
- 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
- 1 scoop Inositol (powdered)
- 1 handful mint leaves, fresh
- 4 capsules Tuna Omega Oil (chewable, squeezed)
- Stevia, to taste
- Ice, blended
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed thoroughly.
