Try this protein shake as a snack or even breakfast and you will find yourself full and content long after you're done.
  • 1 cup raw milk
  • 1 scoop Dynamic Greens
  • 1 scoop Whey Pro Complete
  • 1 cup spinach/kale
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup rasberries/blueberries/strawberries
  • 1 raw egg (must be organic!)
  • Raw coconut flakes
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice, blended
  1. In a blender, blend all ingredients.
Complexity: Very easy
