Recipe type: Protein Shake
Get a little extra boost against colds with this protein shake.
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 scoop Kiwi Strawberry Dynamic Greens
- 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
- 2 teaspoons cod liver oil- D (orange)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- ½ green pepper
- ½ cup spinach
- Stevia, to taste
- Ice, blended
- In a blender, blend all ingredients.
