Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw yogurt (plain)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop Dynamic Greens
  • 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • ½ boiled beet
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed, fresh
  • ¼ cup Choco Perfection chips
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice, blended
Instructions
  1. Blend in a blender until combined.
