This smoothie will give you a boost without too many ingredients.
  • ½ cup cocnut or almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop Dynamic Greens
  • 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
  • 1 scoop Cyrofood powder
  • ¼ avocado
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice, blended
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender until mixed.
Complexity: Very easy
