Raw Key Lime Pie

This key lime pie has a sweet and grainy macadamia nut crust with a creamy and tangy lime flavored filling. The avocados and bananas add a smooth texture as well!
- 1 ½ cups macadamia nuts
- 3 cups soft dates, pitted and soaked for 4-6 hours
- 1 banana, peeled
- 3 whole limes, chopped
- 2 avocados, peeled and chopped
- In a food processor blend the macadamia nuts until well ground. Add the banana and blend till smooth. Add 1 cup of the dates and blend till smooth. Remove from the food processor and press into a pie pan.
- In a food processor blend the remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust and chill for 4 hours.
