Baked Oatmeal Rice

Nutritious and tasty way to start you day.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oatmeal or cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups milk, raw or organic
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ½ cup xylitol
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, optional
  • Cinnamon
  • Dried fruit
  • Nuts
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Grease 8x8 pan. Refrigerate overnight for oatmeal.
  3. Bake 350 degrees.
