Granola Bar

Here is a tasty and nutritional granola bar recipe guaranteed to be a healthy and filling snack idea.
Ingredients
  • Grind:
  • ½ rolled oats
  • ½ cup walnuts (or any nuts)
  • Add:
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • Melt:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • Topping-
  • 1 tablespoon organic butter, melted
  • 4 oz 100% baking chocolate bar (1 full bar)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and spread into an 8x8 greased pan.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes (or until golden brown.) Cool and then spread on topping.
