Sleepytime or chamomile tea, Tuna Omega Oil, and mint leaves help you relax with this protein shake.
  • ½ cup raw milk, coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ¾ cup Sleepytime or chamomile tea (chilled)
  • 2 scoops Whey Pro Complete
  • 1 scoop Inositol (powdered)
  • 1 handful mint leaves, fresh
  • 4 capsules Tuna Omega Oil (chewable, squeezed)
  • Stevia, to taste
  • Ice, blended
  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed thoroughly.
