Tomato Soup

This tomato soup recipe can be prepared quite quickly without skimping on flavor.
Ingredients
  • 8-10 medium to large fresh tomatoes, cut up
  • 1-2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 stick organic butter
  • 1½ teaspoon celtic salt
  • You can add chicken or beef if so choose
Instructions
  1. In a large stainless steel kettle, add about 6-9 cups water depending on how big the tomatoes are. Cook and simmer about 30-40 minutes.
